It has been estimated that a) everyone knows at least 2.56 people who use Macs*, and b) Macs fail about 1.81 times every day*. This, put simply, means that there are allot of failures each day.
MacFail would like to highlight the best (worst) of these FAILs - and you can help. When you see a crashed Mac, a horror story about Apple support, or a crazy Apple fanboy spreading propaganda, send MacFail a tip!

Andy Ihnatko, long time Mac fan and Chicago Sun-Times journalist, can’t buy apps from the iTunes store. He wants to give Apple his money, but Apple won’t let him. That’s OK, he has only had this problem for a year.
